As with all diets please use common sense, if you are unwell or on any
form of medication you must seek your physicians advice before embarking
on any diet.
Success is entirely dependent on your determination. If you follow this
diet exactly for three days I can promise you will almost certainly lose
weight. You will definitely feel the detoxifying effect and as soon as
you begin to feel good try a little light exercise i.e. walk to the store
instead of taking the car, something you don't normally do but something
that has a purpose, I started to take my granddaughter for long walks
in her pram, now we write letters and take a daily walk to the post box.
First
and Foremost
WATER - You need to drink
at least 2 litres daily so start by choosing your receptacle, jug or whatever
( I just bought litre bottles of mineral water and filled them from the
tap when empty) Keep the water in the fridge and make sure you have consumed
every drop before bed. Remember that this water is on top of any coffee
or tea and preferably when you drink caffeine laden beverages, take a
glass of water to help your kidneys flush out.
For the three days
that you are on the diet try to eat the final meal prior to 6pm, this
will give you the advantage of at least two hours burning calories that
you have not consumed. You are allowed as much Tea or Coffee as you like
but I usually take Green Tea or Peach Tea to get the maximum benefit.

The diet works by chemical breakdown so do not change it.
Please use this diet sensibly, I can only endorse it by
my own experience I lost 9lb the first time I tried it and between 4-7
lbs subsequently ( I have tried it 4 times) The weight will not stay off
unless you rearrange your lifestyle to go with it. I now eat two to three
times the quantity of plain vegetables to meat in a mixed meal and have
a two day protein only diet if I feel I have gone over the top. I am a
very experienced dieter! Firstly when younger because I was a fashion
model and kept to -8 stone until well into my 30's even after 4 children.
Now I just need to keep fit and reasonable. You know what they say....
